SRG is a research consulting firm. Our main focus is on the entertainment, media, technology and leisure sectors.

SRG started studying consumer behavior and attitudes in these sectors in 1996. In 2005, we launched the Digital Life America trend study which now contains consumer information based on over 7,000 detailed interviews.

Our work consists of consulting and custom research.

Our consulting practice relies on our ongoing research programs and the experience of the company's analysts as the main source of insight.    Our custom research practice focuses on client-specific studies using Internet, telephone or in-person interview methods. We also conduct focus groups, one-on-one and in-home interviews, often using video reports to provide in-depth consumer understanding.
