Kaan Yigit, President
Kaan Yigit is an entrepreneur who brings his passion for understanding consumer attitudes and choices to his work for leading companies in North America. Kaan founded SRG 20 years ago, which is when he started to track consumer trends with popular syndicated research products such as Digital Life Canada. Along the way were several research firsts, including Diversity in Canada, a comprehensive in-language study of the new immigrant populations and SRG’s annual Must Keep TV study in the U.S. market, now in its ninth year.
SRG maintains thriving practices in both consulting and market research and Kaan is frequently quoted in the media on consumer trends.
Prior to founding Solutions Research Group, Kaan started his career as a consultant at Decima Research. Kaan received his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto and holds the Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) designation. He is a board member with the CAMH Foundation, supporting Canada’s largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital. He lives in Toronto with his family and spends his free time keeping up with his two children and enjoys running, cooking, golf and skiing.
Ross Walton, Senior Director, Custom & Syndicated Research
Ross brings unparalleled experience managing large scale quantitative research projects for SRG over the past 15 years. His experience covers product and service optimization studies, major U&A studies, brand image and tracking.
Complex custom studies are routine for Ross, who has managed multi-market 9-language studies and conjoint offer tests with ease. Ross is also the lead liaison for many of SRG’s clients. He has a BA, from Queens University and a Diploma in Research from Sheridan College.
He lives in Aurora with his family and spends his spare time in various outdoor pursuits including sailing and tennis.
Donna Hall, Senior Director & Qualitative Lead
An experienced marketing professional with a decade of experience prior to joining SRG, Donna held various senior marketing positions including Marketing Director for U.S. web brand WeddingChannel.com, Rogers-owned Flare Magazine, as well as previous experience in database and direct marketing with Bank of Montreal.
Donna bridges the gap between marketing requirements and consumer insight and research. In addition to consulting assignments, she manages custom research programs as well as being the lead for SRG’s Qualitative Practice, having worked with some of Canada’s largest companies. Donna is bilingual in English and French and has an MBA from the University of Toronto.
She lives in Toronto with her husband and two children. When not working she likes to golf, ski and help out with her kids’ school-related activities.
